We are often asked the question:
“Can the Formstack PDF be automatically attached to the Salesforce record?”
This is not a feature that Formstack offer, but we’ve built a workaround.
Using an additional notification email in Formstack and some custom Salesforce code to receive and process that email, the PDF can now be automatically attached to the correct Salesforce record – no manual uploads required.
PDF Summary attaches neatly to the files section in Salesforce.
