AWS

Accord is built on AWS (Amazon Web Services). AWS is the world’s largest cloud platform, used by organisations ranging from startups to governments and the NHS.

AI Model
Accord is not locked to a single AI provider. The architecture allows Issimo to switch the underlying model at short notice, either across the platform or for individual clients. Accord currently uses Anthropic AI. All data is processed within the EU and never used to train AI models.

Salesforce
Accord uses your standard Salesforce platform features. There are no additional Salesforce licences to purchase. Your team accesses Accord’s results through the same Salesforce screens they already use, it simply appears as part of your grant record, triggered by your existing workflows. 

Carbon-Neutral AI Processing, Included
Every AI assessment run through Accord is carbon neutral. Issimo tracks the energy consumption associated with all processing and purchases carbon credits to offset it in full.

Implementation

Typical setup costs are £2,000 to £6,000, depending on the number of programmes, workflow complexity and reporting requirements.

This includes:

• Prompt and rules configuration
• Testing with live application examples
• Reviewer training and go-live support

Ongoing Costs

Accord is licensed on an annual subscription, with pricing based on the scale of your grantmaking operation, the Accord capabilities deployed, and the expected level of ongoing activity.

Typical annual subscriptions for small to medium-sized grantmakers
range from £2,400 to £7,500. Larger or more complex implementations are quoted individually.

Annual subscriptions include:
• Application assessment and summarisation
• Document analysis (including policies and annual reports)
• Companies House and Charity Commission monitoring
• Monitoring report analysis
• Platform updates and enhancements
• Technical support and maintenance

Subscriptions are provided under a 12-month service agreement,
reviewed annually. Fees are payable monthly and are exclusive of VAT.
